The prototyping hardware described here consists
of a Xilinx ML405
board.
Most of the interesting devices on the ML405
board are hardwired to special-purpose circuitry inside the Virtex-4
FPGA (XC4VFX20). These, devices must be instantiated as part
of the configuration logic of the FPGA.
